In our daily lives, we are bombarded with negativity. We can’t live with our heads in the sand so we need to face all the negativity. Medical specialists even believe that negative thinking can affect our physical health. It makes sense. If you are constantly worried or you believe things will turn out badly, whether in your professional or personal life, it can surely affect your physical health. Your negative thinking will affect the ultimate outcome. Using the simple tools in this book you will learn how to use positive affirmation to visualize and work toward a positive outcome in all situations. Everyone should read this book; use it as a reference. That’s what I do with Albert’s books. After reading them, I go back and re-read and reference sections so that employing the valuable techniques become automatic. Click on the “Look Inside” link. After reading the first two chapters you will already feel more positive. But there is so much more inside the book. I have read several of Justin Albert’s motivational, self-help books, including “Motivation: Getting Motivated, Feeling Motivated, Staying Motivated,” “Boost Your Self-Confidence: A 21-Day Challenge to Help You Achieve Your Goals,” and “Live Well and Career Development The Essentials of Effective Career Planning and Development.” Each one of them has helped me in my personal and professional life. So when “Positive Thinking: How To Think Positive” was published, I knew it had to be part of my reference library. Albert has done it again, that is, he has written and published another valuable work that everyone should read.

I've always been a glass half-full person and agree totally with the insights in this well-written book. If it was required reading, I think people would be a lot happier than they are now. Changing how we think give the power to each of us rather than being "out there.".

I was gifted a copy of Positive Thinking for an honest review. I have read a lot of books on affirmations and positive thinking and this is one of the better ones as it has different affirmations to deal with a number of situations. It offers a 21 day challenge, which I am going to take full advantage of. This book is a treasure trove of uses and techniques for retraining the way you think and improving the quality of your life.
